Wormholes
To understand it, we should know about spacetime.
So, space time is a 4 dimensional model in which the three dimensions ( x-axis, y-axis and z-axis) and time as the fourth dimension fuse together. Basically, the space time was explained by Albert Einstein in his general theory of relativity. And to understand these concepts we should know something about general theory of relativity.
So, according to general theory of relativity , the gravitation is because of the behaviour of spacetime curvature. As the mass increases the space time curvature also increases and this results as the gravitational force to be experienced. All the object of different mass and kinetic energy will have different curvatures in space time. If body's mass increases then the curvature also increases and if the kinetic energy of the body increases then also the curvature increases.
Albert Einstein had also stated that the space time is flexible. It means it can be bend and this statement rise the concept of wormholes.
Now, what are the wormholes?
Wormholes are something like the tunnel or pipe that connects two points in space and this tunnel is formed due to the space time flexibility as spacetime is flexible. So, wormholes have two openings that connects two points in space together with the tunnel made up of space time bending.
Basically, this really makes the distance shorter as compared to the reality.
These may connects two different universe too. Not only this , it may also makes the million or the billions of light years distance into several metres.
So, if it can connect to different point in space, then it should also connects two different point of time. And this statement results as the time travel also possible by the wormholes. Well, I will deeply discuss it later.
Now, have we yet discovered it? If no then, why?
No, it is not discovered yet because of some reasons that are stated below:-
1). Wormholes are smaller enough to detect. Because of their small size they are hard to detect. They form in space time with the size of 10^-34cm. That is extremely small to detect it.
2). Wormholes are not stable that means they get collapse quickly. They should be stabilized or stable to detect it. And in existing future, if we detect it too then also we cannot use it because of its unstability.
Would wormholes be larger enough and be stable to travel?
Actually, as you know that, our universe is expanding. And because of this the wavelength of light is also stretching. So, it may be possible that wormholes will also stretched enough one day that we can use it to travel easily.
So, the difficulty in its size is solved now. But now, stability matters.
Basically, to make the wormhole stable , we need exotic matter. The Exotic matter can stabilize the Wormhole or make it stable for a longer time that can be used for travelling.
Exotic matter are those matter that have negative mass or negative energy. This can be only detect in vacuum.
If all above scenarios would get possible in existing future then we can easily move from one point to another point very easily and even much faster.
Can wormholes form from black hole and white hole?
To understand it, let's first know about black hole and white hole.
Black hole are extremely distorted region in the space time that creates a strong gravitational pull. It even collects or attracts the electromagnetic radiations or photons.
On the other hand, white holes are hypothetical region in a spacetime that is just opposite of Black Hole. So, electromagnetic radiations are photons can escape from it.
So, if we have to form Wormhole then, we have it by combining the black hole and white hole in such way that the singularity of white hole will meet at the similarity of black hole.
If We combine the black hole and white hole then it basically gives the basic spacetime representative structure of wormholes.
As the opening of Black Hole will attract on the things around it that can be used as the entrance Gate of worm hole and the opening of white hole will can be used as the exit gate of the Wormhole as it pushes all the things .
Most surprising fact is that, according to one new theory, the black hole is believed to be the entrance to another universe. This is Wormhole only which connects to Universe by a tunnel of spacetime.
As the object rushed into the black hole, then that get ejected through another end of the Wormhole that is white hole.
But this is the prediction only till now.
Do wormhole all look like given in second figure as shown in the figure?
According to my interpretation, the firm Wormholes are form by flexibility of spacetime. And the space time is 4 dimensional model of all three dimensions together with fourth dimension that is time. And, we are the creature of three dimensional world, that's why we will only get its three dimensional representation .
So, the given figure is a 3 dimensional representation of 4 dimensional model on 2 dimensional sheet in your 3 dimensional device.
Now, How it really make the distance shorter as compared to reality?
To understand this concept, let's answer one question.
On the piece of paper what will be the shortest distance between two points? Basically, the shortest distance will be the displacement. But, if what if you fold the paper ? If we do so, then we will have more smaller distance as compared to that displacement.
Now, imagine it as a spacetime. So, now those points will be the opening of Wormhole and the connection between them will be considered as a Einstein Rosen Bridge or the Tunnel of wormholes.
Here, you get the distance much smaller now. Hence, now , the distance is decreased much as compared to before it was.
And because of this only the Wormhole makes the distance of millions of light year to several metres.
Can we travel faster than light using wormhole?
This is one of the most interesting fact about the Wormholes . Yes! We can travel faster than light without achieving the speed of a light ( c ) by using wormholes.
Now, how can this possible?
Basically, we know that it makes the distance smaller enough if we compared it from the reality. And, if the light moves through the actual path not found the Wormhole then it should have to cover huge distance. And if, we travel from the Wormhole then, we will take the smaller distance and by this, we can travel faster than the speed of light without achieving its speed. Here, light will travel from the actual distance in space time while we will travel Through the Wormhole that shorten our distance.
But, if we make the light pass through the wormhole then, obviously the light will win the race.
Can we travel time also by using wormholes?
Surprisingly, YES! We can travel time by using wormholes. According to the theory of relativity, we know that, the body is travelling with a velocity then, it's time get slow down while observing it from after surrounding . Hence, here the time will get dilated.
Now, if we take one hole of the wormhole and try to accelerate it with very high velocity then again that time get dilated. And there is the time dilation or the time differences between both ending of the one of then, it is your that, one end of Wormhole will exist in its future and one end will exists in its present.
Now, we can easily move from future to present as well as present to future or in other words this wormhole movie will be converted into time machine.
But this may not be possible to make it for this purpose.
Well, to do so, first we have to make the Wormhole larger enough to travel from it and make it stable. And even it will have some Quantum effects Too that can create problem in doing this.
Before we could use it is time machine it get destroyed completely because of excessive energy.
It will also hard to move one opening of wormhole with high velocity.
And for doing this we have to be second type civilization that have much advanced technology.
Can we also travel from one Universe to another universe by using Wormhole?
And again the answer is YES!!! As we have seen during that time travel through wormholes, we can exist in future and in present. But, is it possible that same place can easily travelled future to present and present to future?
No! One place cannot be the future as well as the present. So, actually this topic give birth to the paradox.
Basically, here one and will exist in one Universe that is our universe and the another End will exist in another Universe that will be parallel to our universe. So, basically during that time travel we changed our universe to the another universe by one special dimension.
Hence, we are actually traveling time through changing universe.
Hence, we can also travel one Universe to another Universe by using Wormhole.
Now, types of wormholes:-
Basically, there are 6 types of wormholes:-
1). Traversable wormhole:- these are most commonly known wormholes. These are the Wormhole by which we can move through one opening to another opening normally.
2). Non traversable wormholes:- these wormholes are those by which we cannot use it for travelling purpose because of its instability. That means they get collapse quickly.
3). One way wormholes:- basically, black holes are one way one way wormholes. As it's one way trip by which we cannot return back. White hole is also considered as the one way Wormhole because it's also not make the returning trip.
4). Two way Wormhole:- these wormholes are those which may give the returning part also. Means after entering it we can return too.
5). Intra universe wormholes:- intra universe wormholes are those wormholes which allow us to travel from one point to another point in only our own universe.
6). Inter universe wormholes:- inter universe wormholes are those wormholes that may help us to travel from one point that exist in our own Universe to the another point that exist in another Universe that is parallel to our own universe.
Wormholes during quantum entanglement :-
To understand this, let's first discuss about Quantum entanglement. And in order to understand this lets perform one activity.
As we know that, all the normal particles have their antimatter that has opposite charge as well as opposite spin.
Now, if we annihilate the electron and its antimatter that is a positron then, two photons will produce that will of gamma rays. Now, here both photons will must have their own spins. But the spin of both photons will be opposite . That means one Photon on will have clockwise spin and one Photon will have anticlockwise spin.
So, if yet it is not observed at all then it must be in superposition state. Hence, one Photon may have anticlockwise spin as well as clockwise spin at same time . In same way another Photon also have clockwise spend as well as anti clockwise in at same time.
Now, if one Photon get observed then the wave function get collapse as we get the spin of that Photon. But, here we know the spin of one photo then we get to spin off another Photon too.
Hence, as one photon's wave function collapse then the wave function of another Photon also get collapse.
This transfer of information to another particle is called as Quantum entanglement.
Now, if we put that Photon in another universe . Then the information of photons will travel much faster than light. And we know that nothing can travel at the speed of a light. So, here and the concept of wormholes solve this problem . Here, basically the information Travels Through the Wormhole if that's why it seems that it travels faster than light but basically it's a distance get shorten because of Wormhole.
Can magnetic wormholes be formed?
Yes !! Magnetic wormholes can be formed by transferring the magnetic field from one point in space to the another point in space.
This magnetic wormhole can be created by 9 CM diameter spherical device that makes it possible. This is something like Wormhole.
It transports the magnetic field such as it has taken secret shortcut path to reach the another point in space. If we measure or try to detect the magnetic field between the two points then we will get to know that there is nothing. That means the magnetic field is not be able to detect there.
So, this means that there is transfer of magnetic field from one point to another point in space by the help of higher dimension.
Wormhole in Large Hadron Collider:-
As we know that in the Large Hadron Collider , the hadrons particle collide each other with very high velocity that is near the speed of a light. Not exactly the speed of light because nothing can travel at the speed of a light.
If the particles travels with this high velocity and finally get collide with other particle that is also travelling with the same speed then there must be the release of high energy.
And this high energy sometimes make the ripples in various fields like quark field , Higgs field , Electron field etc.
And it is obvious that it will also form ripples in space time because of this tremendous energy.
And this ripples in spacetime sometime form a structure that connects two points In the space with different time zones.
And this structure forms Wormhole in Large Hadron Collider.
Even sometimes by the formation of this the particles get seen after one day or more. So we can also say that those particles Travels time sometime .

ReplyDeleteBasically, the particle can travel faster than light without achieving the speed of light as it has taken shortcut that is smaller than displacement .
DeleteGreat writing. Even i believe in wormholes and parallel universe. I believe the other ME in a distant universe is a consequence of the choices we make. He may be the same ME but made different choices and hence living a somewhat opposite life, rather an upside down life of me.
